Your board, at a private link.
No account and no email. The link is the key: anyone who has it can see and change the board, so share it only with the people who make your schedule. Lose it and it cannot be recovered.
- What is stored: the names or initials you type, age groups, pay rates if you add them, shifts and staffing needs. No birthdays, contact details or locations.
- How long: until you delete the board, or 180 days after anyone last opened it.
- Who sees it: whoever has the link. It is never listed, searched or shown to anyone else.
